The project involved the extraordinary maintenance of the facades of a building in Cologno Monzese, with 10 floors above ground with four stairwells for a total of 156 apartments

The intervention consisted mainly in the consolidation of the plaster of the facades and the radical makeover of all the balconies. The Studio has had particular attention in the structural reinforcement of the jutting slabs of the balconies, with the redesign and replacement of the floors and railings. The aim of the design was to “lighten” the visual impact of the imposing building in the Milan hinterland, respecting the technical and structural characteristics typical of the ’70s.
