The planned area of 2.800 square meters, near the old town, is currently occupied by disused craft buildings. It is subject of volumetric recovery and the project includes the construction of two residential buildings with 14 different types of apartments each one.

Each building consists of 4 floors, 3 above ground, for residential, and one at the basement, used as garages, cellars and technology services. In the planning phase the Studio, using the B.I.M. methodology, increased the modern style with high quality materials. The buildings will have a high energy performance, thanks to the use of renewable sources.
