New Residential Building

The project concerns the construction of 8 apartments insidea a new residential building, located on an area of 1380 square meters. There is also a basement for cellars and garages.The green space surrounding the building is available to all tenants. Each apartment has its own floor heating and is designed to meet all the energy efficiency features.
During the design phase the BIM methodology was used, the modern style and the use of high quality materials were emphasized. The apartments will have a high energy performance thanks to the use of renewable sources..
