The project deals with the construction of a new detached house for residential use, in via Bressana in Treviglio.

The villa has two floors above ground and a basement. The ground floor has a large living area with a double height living room and a porch, study room and part of the sleeping area. On the first floor the sleeping area is developed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies and a hallway overlooking the living room. The residence is served by double garage and various other ancillary rooms in the basement. The project design has focused on maintaining a modern minimalist style, the quality of the external and internal finishes and the optimization of energy performance. In particular, the windows and patio doors are equipped with low emissive thermal insulating glass, the roof covering is flat, with waterproof and thermal insulation sheath, the heating consist in a radiant floor working with pallets boiler. The proper use of plants and the building envelope insulation allow a Class A+ energy building.
